    5. Make sure that area is cleared of obstacles and that there is an adequate space to avoid injuries to the public.
    6. The ride should be clean and free of any obstructions.
    7. If as a result of visual inspection a concern should arise, do not operate the ride.
    8. Shut off and unplug the ride at the conclusion of its daily operation.
    The most common service is fixing jammed coins. In this case the coin path must be opened to remove any strange material.

  • HC Rides gives the following express warranty for each product distributed in Canada, United States or Mexico and sold by an authorized HC Rides dealer.
    HC Rides warrants that this product is free, under normal use and maintenance, from any defects in material and workmanship subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • 1.To obtain warranty service:
    a.The warranty control card provided must be completed in full and returned to HC Rides within 7 days of date of purchase of the product.
    b.The warranty control card must be mailed including proof of purchase from the authorized dealer.
    2. Limitations:
    This warranty shall not apply to:
    a. Repair or replacement of electric cables.
    b. Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of misuse, abusive operation, negligence, improper use and/or insufficient care.
    c. Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of not following the instructions in the operation manual.
    d. Any HC Rides product tampered with, adjusted or repaired by any party other than HC Rides.
    e. Any HC Rides product on which the serial number has been altered, modified or removed.
    f. Maintenance, cleaning or periodic check-up.
    g. Conversion to foreign or domestic voltage or frequency.
    h. Any HC Rides product which has been resold and no longer owned by the original purchaser.
    i. Product purchased from other companies which are not authorized dealers.
    j. Freight.
    3. Standards:
    If any defects should be found in an HC Rides product within the applicable terms, necessary repairs shall be made at no cost to the purchaser for parts and labor when HC Rides acknowledges that such defects are due to faulty material or workmanship.
    4. Exclusion of all other express warranties:
    This warranty constitutes the entire express warranty given by HC Rides for HC Rides products and no dealer personnel or his/her, or their agent or employee is, or are authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty on behalf of HC Rides.
    5. Disclaimer of consequential damage
    HC Rides disclaims any responsibility for loss of time or use of its product, transportation cost, or any other.
